Kick off Partner Transnational Meeting in Leipzig
Guide me Green first meeting took place in Leipzig, Germany, hosted by the project coordinator, ITKAM, in their main premises. Despite mobility restrictions resulting from COVID-19 pandemic, most partners attended in person, while representatives from X23 and Ajuntament de Reus joined the meeting online.
After every partner presented their organisation’s main activities and scope of action, a general overview of project implementation actions was delivered by the coordinators, who also organised some ice-breaking activities in between sessions.
Partners discussed financial aspects, communication channels, online storage platforms to be used and reviewed the distribution of responsibilities. Also, the meeting was a great opportunity for all to agree on basic concepts -such as project target groups, project fields of action, definition and understanding of sustainable tourism concept…- and to share some inspiring sustainable tourism examples.
At this meeting, the first steps to start developing the first project result were established and all partners went back home with a clear idea and work framework for the following months. The meeting was a success to set the next steps for our joint sustainable tourism journey!
